Control airbag pressure from within the cab of your vehicle with our simple to use three button inflation kit

On our standard Load Assist Kit air pressure is operated via two supplied Schrader valves (like tyre valves)

To achieve the best handling under load it’s important to maintain the correct pressure in the airbags Vs the weight being carried.

When you load up the vehicle and the rear sinks, you will introduce sufficient air to bring the vehicle back to its correct stance

If you want the convenience of adjusting air pressure without having to get out of the vehicle and use an external source such as a remote compressor or popping into a garage then this will be ideal

Use the Up/Down LED buttons to adjust the pressure

The 3 button version enables you to run different pressures either side.

This option would typically be used when there are vast weight differences from sone side to the other, or to help level / stabilise the back when parked on a slope

The pressure in each bag will present on the dual digital gauge

So when you load the vehicle, drop the tools off, hook up the trailer, boat or caravan you can adjust on the go and maintain that ‘sweet spot’

INSTALLATION

The small oil free compressor can be orientated any way and in most cases can be tucked away beneath the bonnet. The wiring is easily popped through into the cab area where the dual digital gauge and actuating LED buttons are installed. Simply ‘T’ into the load assist between the airbags and Schrader valves

This Incab Control system comes with all componentry required for installation including concise instructions and a simplistic diagram

Designed to Inflate/Deflate (two) airbags without the need for a tank

The airbags are inflated by our super reliable PX01 compressor via a momentary toggle switch

To deflate there are two pneumatic ‘dump valves’ at the control panel

The pressure either side is represented on the dual needle analog gauge

Activate the compressor with the toggle switch to air Up, and dump air either side individually by depressing the pneumatic valves….it’s as simple as that

How much air do you put in the bags?

Typically, when you weight load your vehicle the back will sag down (which is probably why you already have a Load Assist Kit)

To find the perfect pressure where your vehicle will handle its best, introduce sufficient air to bring it level again……so pressure required will be subject to the weight being carried

With this kit you can run different pressures either side which is handy to level out when parked on slopes or carrying vastly uneven loads

INSTALLATION

This analog kit is predominately about plumbing

The compact oilless compressor is best installed in a dry & well ventilated area, under the bonnet is perfect and power can be easily sourced

Air line is run from the compressor to a check valve where it splits off to individual sides. It is then run through a series of quality push fittings and into the cab where the gauge / instrument panel is (typically) mounted. Two lines then continue to the back where they simply ‘T’ into the load assist kit between the airbags and the Schrader valves
