To achieve the best handling under load it’s important to maintain the correct pressure in the airbags Vs the weight being carried.

When you load up the vehicle and the rear sinks, you will introduce sufficient air to bring the vehicle back to its correct stance

If you want the convenience of adjusting air pressure without having to get out of the vehicle and use an external source such as a remote compressor or popping into a garage then this will be ideal

Use the fob to air Up/Down to adjust the pressure, and with the wireless remote you can be in the vehicle or standing at the back to assess height

So when you load the vehicle, drop the tools off, hook up the trailer, boat or caravan you can adjust on the go and maintain that ‘sweet spot’

INSTALLATION

The small oil free compressor can be orientated any way and in most cases can be tucked away beneath the bonnet where power can easily be found. The wiring is made even easier as nothing is required to be in the cab area. Simply ‘T’ into the load assist between the airbags and Schrader valves

This Incab Control system comes with all componentry required for installation including concise instructions and a simplistic diagram

Some brackets are off-set or side specific to ensure clearance from other components such as existing suspension, tyres, exhausts, support brackets and brake lines.

Always check the instructions and pay attention to bracket orientation and clearances.

The Kit will have the option of being inflated via the supplied Schrader valves, however a compressor, tank and a form of air control will most likely be required.

Like all BOSS Kits, they are straight forward to install using only basic hand tools and in most cases installed within a couple of hours.

Each vehicle will differ as to the pressure required to maintain the correct stance, and this will change subject to any loading.

When you weight load your vehicle, the rear will typically sag down. You will inflate the bags with sufficient air to bring the rear back up to the correct stance.

Maintaining the correct air pressure will ensure that you’re getting the best performance.

A typical (unloaded) pressure may be around 45 – 55psi.
